What to expect:
After booking, you'll receive an intake form to your inbox, to complete at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We'll spend the first 15-20 minutes of our time together reviewing your intake form. The remainder of the session is the hypnosis component. You'll sit comfortably, in a quiet, private space while I speak to your subconscious mind. You cannot reveal anything to me that you wouldn't reveal in a waking state.
After your session:
You'll feel deeply relaxed the hours following your session and sleep deeply that night as your mind and body integrate new positive messaging.
