The Fertility Industry & Consent
You're being marketed reproductive technologies as an insurance policy on your fertility, risk-free and an empowering choice — without informed consent.

You've probably heard it from well meaning friends, family coworkers, and your obgyn: You should think about freezing your eggs... so you'll have options later and won't have any pressure to find the guy or have a baby right now.
Maybe you've been struggling to conceive and have been told egg freezing and IVF is an inevitable part of your journey...
But beneath the empowering marketing narratives and "success" stories lies a more complicated reality that many women never hear about.
Egg freezing, is often presented as an insurance policy, yet success rates are defined differently by each clinic, doctor and patient.
Many women spend tens of thousands of dollars pursuing these technologies, & waste months and years of their lives without fully understanding the physical, emotional, and financial costs involved.
And while the fertility industry has grown into a 💰 multi-billion-dollar 💰 business, few people are asking who benefits when women are encouraged to see their fertility primarily as a technological problem to solve or insure.
If you've ever wondered whether there's more to the story than Instagram testimonials, and smiling parents holding their IVF conceived babies, you're not alone.
So...
What are the actual success rates?
What risks are rarely discussed?
What do women wish they had known before starting?
What about the women who regret egg freezing and IVF?
How do we think clearly about fertility in a culture that treats reproductive technology as just another way to make a baby?
This workshop offers a critical, evidence-based exploration of the questions many women are asking but few feel comfortable voicing.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of the science, the economics, the ethical considerations, and the lesser-known realities behind today's fertility technologies—so you can make decisions from a place of knowledge rather than fear, pressure, desperation or false marketing.
This workshop will help you:
✔️ Understand the medical, hormonal, and long-term health impacts of egg freezing, sperm donation, IVF, and surrogacy.
✔️ Recognize where fertility industry messaging conflicts with woman-centered care and our basic humanity.
✔️ Learn how these technologies affect women’s nervous systems, cycles, fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum health and marriages.
✔️ Gain language and clarity to be ethically informed as you navigate the childbearing years.
✔️ Support yourself in making truly informed decisions — aligned with your body, values, and long-term wellbeing.
Alongside a group of women in your shoes, you'll deepen your ability to educate, advocate, and protect yourself against predatory marketing and false efficacy and safety claims.
